Laurie Becker

Senior Human Resources Generalist Consultant

Laurie Becker joined Operations Inc. in December 2011 as a Senior Human Resources Generalist Consultant.  Laurie’s experience as an HR Generalist includes compliance, policy and procedure development, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration and recruitment. Her prior roles have included working within the legal, consumer products and insurance industries.

Laurie earned a B.A. degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany. She has attended Society for Human Resource Management programs as part of her professional development.
