Karen Welby joined OperationsInc in January of 2008.  As a Human Resources Generalist Consultant with over 10 years of experience, her areas of strength include: compliance, policy and procedure development, performance management, employee relations, payroll administration and recruitment.  Her prior work experience includes the provision of HR support within the retail, healthcare and legal industries.

Karen earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute and has a B.S. in Psychology and Business from Queens College.  She is also an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
