Jennifer Gerwien
Vice President of Marketing and Business Development
Jennifer Gerwien joined the OperationsInc team in February of 2005. As the Vice-President of Marketing & Business Development, she brings 11+ years of diverse professional experience to our team including the Consumer Products and the Non-Profit Industry. Jennifer's prior work history includes a financial services background with Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS). During her time at BMS, Jennifer was also selected to recruit Cooperative Education and Full-Time employees for her department, a role that she eagerly accepted as an opportunity for professional development in the area of Human Resources. Her latest endeavors have taken her to the non-profit sector, working with the Sponsorship Retention team within Global Marketing at Save the Children Federation as a Senior Retention Associate and most recently, Senior Creative Associate.
As an accomplished professional, Jennifer brings valuable skill sets acquired over the course of her professional career necessary to excel in her new role. Her experience includes designing, creating and editing Sponsor communications, extracting database information and conducting results analysis, managing the approval process of communications, coordinating mailing files with external vendors, staff management and recruiting and presenting at local universities.
Jennifer possesses a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Marketing and a Minor in Psychology from Sacred Heart University.
