Heather Trotta
Director of Training & Development Services / Director, Sales Development
Heather Trotta joined the OperationsInc team in November of 2010. As the Director of Training & Development Services / Director Sale Development, she brings 13 + years experience in HR Learning & Development focusing on managing a diverse HR training curriculum including program planning, design, delivery, and evaluation to increase employee effectiveness. Heather’s most recent work history was at MasterCard Worldwide as a Leader of Global Sales Training & Development where she supported a global sales force of 700+. Other prior roles were in the industries of wireless communications (Sprint Nextel Corp.) and corporate relocation (Cendant Mobility). In her professional training career she has developed and facilitated training using multiple virtual and face to face delivery methods including: e-learning, classroom based workshops, simulations, interactive webinars and blended learning.
Heather possesses a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and Certification in Elementary Education (K-6) from Eastern Connecticut State University.
