Gena Russo joined OperationsInc in March 2011 and works as a Junior HR Generalist / Consultant. Gena brings over 4 years of Human Resource experience with a focus on employee relations, compensation, performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, and human resources administration.  Her prior roles have included working with general consumer and business to business advertising agencies.

Gena earned her B.S. in Business Management from Skidmore College.
