David Lewis is President and Founder of OperationsInc, a Human Resources Outsourcing and Consulting firm in Stamford, CT. Since its inception in 2001 the firm has experienced steady unprecedented growth and now engages 30+ HR professionals in support of a base of over 600 clients. David is leveraging a 24 year career in Human Resources and Operational Management for leading firms including Merck/Medco and Computer Associates. In addition to his work in HR outsourcing David is also involved in many other endeavors including the co-founding of The CEO Roundtable, a Fairfield County based executive networking and educational group. David's active involvement in the local business community includes being a member of the Board of Directors of the CT Business and Industry Association( www.CBIA.com), the Advisory Board of The Fairfield County Business Journal and several board roles with the Southern CT Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management.

David and his firm have been recognized as industry and community leaders on several levels including nominations for Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the Fairfield County Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award. In 2007 OperationsInc received the Impact Award from the Bridgeport Regional Business Council for business leadership and outstanding commitment to the community.
