Director, Human Resources Consulting Team

Christina Calabro joined the OperationsInc team in June of 2004. As a Director of the HR Consulting Team, she brings 15+ years of HR Generalist experience, with a focus on employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, policy and procedure development, training and development, and human resources administration. Her prior full-time roles have been working within the financial, not-for-profit, and higher education industries.

Chris possesses a B.S. in Business Administration from St. Thomas Aquinas College and a M.S. in Corporate Communication from Iona College. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
