Angela McDermott joined OperationsInc in February 2007 and works as a Manager of Human Resources Support / Compliance Leader. Angela brings over 11 years of Human Resources experience with a focus on employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, policy and procedure development, and human resources administration. Before joining Operationsinc, Angela had experience working with mid-sized companies in the financial services industry. Currently, Angela supports clients in a variety of industries including consulting, sales and child care.

Angela earned her B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, Travel and Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.
