          Amy Balzarano joined OperationsInc in September 2010.  As a Human Resources Generalist with 12 years of experience, Amy's main focus has been in employee relations, benefits administration, payroll administration, recruitment, policy and procedure development, and human resources administration. 

Her previous roles have included working for insurance and reinsurance companies, and a staffing firm.

Amy earned her B.A. degree in Business Administration & Human Resources from Georgia Southern University.
