Who Should Attend This Course?

Companies with 50 or more employees in the States of Connecticut and California are required by law to provide such training to all supervisory personnel

What This Course Covers?

Participants attending our two-hour session (as mandated by state laws) will undoubtedly become far more sensitive to the issue of Workplace Harassment as we cover:

  • A topical and historical review of the issue, referencing real world issues most have read about or seen in the press
  • The law and Sexual Harassment
  • Identifying Types of Sexual Harassment
  • What to do when harassment occurs - using a workplace scenario review, we will discuss specific situations that may occur, the issues within, and how to handle
  • The company's responsibility
  • Individual Liability Issues

Throughout our training we stress interaction, openly engaging the audience and soliciting questions. Further, our trainers make themselves available AFTER the session for more private discussion.
