  • Assist in the development of ad copy
  • Assess the merits of posting an ad versus conducting a resume database search 
  • Work to leverage our expertise regarding localized recruitment advertising vehicles, identifying classified sections within key publications, as well as niche recruitment websites

Not all candidates come as a result of ad placement --- oftentimes, they need to be sourced through other avenues. OperationsInc will facilitate outside-the-box thinking, providing guidance and direction on your overall sourcing strategy including:

  • Utilizing our extensive network of peers as a resource during this process 
  • Identifying & connecting with relevant Business Associations 
  • Working with College Placement Offices to identify qualified candidates

For those positions that are better filled via fee-based sources, we provide expertise in the areas of:

  • Sourcing the right agencies based on your needs 
  • Fee and guarantee negotiation 
  • Pre-screening each possible resource

Once agencies have been engaged, OperationsInc will provide coordination and administration of their submissions.

Our team of seasoned professionals will assist you with your recruiting strategy and planning needs, and we charge for our services on an hourly rate basis for time consumed.
