Working as a Human Resources Generalist / Consultant, Christina is responsible for HR Consulting including day-to-day HR support and administration and policy and procedure development.

First joining OperationsInc in June of 2004 as a Human Resources Consultant, Christina brings over 10 years of HR Generalist experience. Christina’s job history includes hands on experience with recruitment, training and development, employee relations, policy and procedure development, benefits and general HR administration, thereby addressing the needs of OperationsInc’s diverse array of clients. Christina possesses a B.S. in Business Administration from St. Thomas Aquinas College and an M.S. in Corporate Communications from Iona College. She is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
