Jean’s strength lies in the areas of HRIS Implementation & Training, Employee Retention Programs, Recruiting and Compliance. Jean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Albertus Magnus College. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
