Working as a Human Resources Administrator / Generalist Consultant, Kirsten is responsible for HR Consulting including day-to-day HR support and administration and policy and procedure development.

Bringing an extensive educational background, HR Generalist experience and a three-year background in research and data analysis, Kirsten’s strength lies in the areas of recruitment, exit interviews and HR generalist support. Prior to OperationsInc, her roles have predominantly lied in the mid-sized non-profit organizations as well as larger corporations. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honors Psychology from Seton Hall University and recently completed her MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Kirsten is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
