As a Human Resources Generalist with over 20 years of HR experience, Vanessa’s roles have predominantly lied in the publishing, technology and market research and analysis industries. Her strength lies in the areas of employee relations, policy and procedure development, recruitment, performance management, compliance and general HR administration. Vanessa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music from New York University and a Certification in Human Resources Studies from Cornell University’s New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Vanessa is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
