Working as a Human Resources Generalist / Consultant, Sabina is responsible for assisting clients with all aspects of Human Resources issues including recruiting, policy and procedure development, payroll administration, employee relations, communications, benefits administration and compensation issues.

First joining OperationsInc in April of 2006 as a Human Resources Consultant, Sabina brings over 6 years of HR Generalist experience. Sabina possesses a B.S. in Psychology from Tennessee Tech University and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
