Working as a Human Resources Generalist Consultant, Andria is responsible for providing OperationsInc clients with day-to-day HR support and administration and policy and procedure development.

Andria previously worked as a Human Resources Consultant with OperationsInc in 2004 and has decided to return to the organization in the same capacity. “We are ecstatic to have Andria back as part of the OperationsInc team.” , stated David Lewis, President of OperationsInc. ”Andria’s diverse background lends itself to meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients.”

As a seasoned Human Resources Generalist, Andria's areas of expertise include recruitment, training, HR compliance, compensation and benefits, employee communication and general HR administration. Andria is a Certified Professional of Human Resources (PHR) and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from New York University.
