Working as a Human Resources Generalist / Consultant, Karen is responsible for assisting clients with all aspects of Human Resources issues including recruiting, policy and procedure development, employee relations, communications, benefits administration and compensation issues.

First joining OperationsInc in October of 2003 as a Human Resources Consultant, Karen brings over 13 years of HR Generalist experience.
