She is extremely knowledgeable in the HR field. If there is a subject that she is unsure of she immediately reaches out to her sources to help me find the answers I need in a timely manner. "Our OI resource does what it takes to get the job done. She is very proactive, detail oriented, possesses strong HR knowledge, and operates very well on an independent level. When I am out of the office I am very comfortable knowing she will be here as my back-up. While at times this can be a tough environment I know she can handle whatever comes her way."

"To be blunt, our OI resource has done a great job helping us.  I really have no complaints, but I realize we are small and the priority should be less for someone like us, but she has never made us feel that way.  Very responsive and is here when we need her."

"I have found our OI resource to be extremely easy to work with.  She is very professional, and responds quickly to all communication.  When we have worked together on lengthier projects (i.e. Handbook and Salary Grids) she has completed the work on a timely basis.  I have found that she does have a wealth of knowledge, but if unsure of an answer, she will do the research and get me the correct answer.  She is very thorough and I feel very confident in her ability and quality of work.  I would feel very comfortable recommending her services to my peers."

We have a similar approach to payroll and I feel we work very well together. I can’t say enough good things about her! She is just the best."
