Payroll / Jr. Human Resources Generalist Consultant
Position Title: Payroll / Jr. Human Resources Generalist Consultantr
Location: Fairfield County
We're OperationsInc, a Human Resources Outsourcing and Consulting firm based in Stamford. Since early 2001 we've been supporting businesses by handling HR project work, as well as taking over the entire HR function on an outsourced basis. We have a base of over 600 clients and growing, supported by over 30 experienced HR professionals. Due to the anticipated acquisition of new clientele, we will need to add a Payroll / Jr. HR Generalist to our team.
We are seeking a Payroll / Jr. HR Generalist Consultant to assist in coordinating and processing payroll and handling day to day HR administration for clients located in Fairfield County. This position will average about 25-30 hours per week, depending on the payroll schedule of clients.
To qualify, ideal candidate MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience as a payroll specialist or payroll accountant and at least 1-2 years of experience working in a Human Resources environment. ADP PCPW, ADP PayeXpert and/or Workforce Now experience is required. Experience with other payroll platforms a huge plus. Candidates should have excellent PC skills. Required competencies include attention to detail the demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects / payrolls at once, comfort with numbers, problem solving ability and the ability to operate in a highly confidential setting. NOTE – All candidates are tested on their core skills as part of our pre-hire process.
