PEOEmployment Agency
Cost For ServicesOperationsInc delivers its services on an hourly basis, offering a "pay-for-use" approach, as well as a per employee per month basis, both proving economical and well within reach for businesses of all sizes with varying timelines.PEOs charge either a percentage of payroll or a fixed rate per employee per month for all their services, a fee you pay covering all services they anticipate you using, regardless of what your firm actually uses.Charges a fixed percentage of annual earnings as a fee, typically 25%+/-.

Recruiting Support

OI provides customized recruiting to meet the client’s needs. This includes:

  • Compensation Benchmarking
All of the above is tied in to one simple hourly rate.
PEOs deliver minimal or no support for recruiting. Services are provided many times on a minimum flat fee basis.Conducts searches using the same methodology in many cases, but for a much higher price. Charges a fixed percentage of annual earnings as a fee, typically 25%+/-.
Cost Per Hire – Middle Management position at $80k salaryFor this level OI trends towards an average cost per hire in the neighborhood of $2,000 covering 15 - 25 hours of support.PEOs can be anywhere from $3,000 - $5,000 per hire, assuming the service is even offered.$16,000 TO $20,000
