[November 21, 2011] It is with great pleasure that OperationsInc (www.OperationsInc.com) announces the promotion of Chris Calabro to the newly appointed position of Director, HR Consulting Teamand the promotion of Angela McDermott to the newly appointed position of Manager, HR Support / Compliance Leader. These moves are due to both of their continued hard work and efforts, and in part tied to the organization’s unprecedented growth in 2011, which sparked some necessary changes to ensure that we continue to function as a world class standard bearer and industry leader.
Chris will manage a team of HR Professionals while also continuing to provide HR support to a variety of clients. Angela will be responsible for providing leading a team of HR Professionals, providing HR support to OperationsInc and a variety of Clients, while staying abreast of the ongoing and ever changing Compliance needs for our organization and the clients we support.

As the Director of the HR Consulting Team, Chris Calabro brings 15+ years of HR Generalist experience, with a focus on recruitment, training and development, employee relations, policy and procedure development, benefits, and general HR administration. Her prior full-time roles have been within the financial, not-for-profit, and higher education industries. Chris possesses a B.S. in Business Administration from St. Thomas Aquinas College and a M.S. in Corporate Communication from Iona College.
As a Manager of HR Support / Compliance Leader, Angela brings over 11 years of HR experience to our team. Formerly, Angela served as a Junior HR Generalist Consultant for OperationsInc & supported several clients with HR Administration. Prior to her time with our firm, Angela provided HR support with a focus on employee event organization, recruiting, employee relations, policy and procedure and general HR administration. Her prior roles have been with mid-sized companies in the financial services industry. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.
