Meghan Hopkins

VP, HR Business Development

Meghan Hopkins joined OperationsInc in August 2013, and recently moved to the newly created role of VP, HR Business Development. Meghan brings over 20 years of diverse HR experience to the OperationsInc team. Currently, Meghan serves as the initial interface with new clients, providing strategic support plans and project outlines. Meghan supports clients in a variety of industries, and leads the firm’s Organizational Development team.

Meghan earned a B.A. in English and Management from Fairfield University.


Katrina Dachelet

Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Katrina Dachelet re-joined OperationsInc in August 2011 as an HR Generalist, and in May 2014 was promoted to the role of Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist. Katrina brings over 10 years of Human Resources experience to the team. Currently, Katrina supports clients in a variety of industries.

Katrina earned a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and an M.A. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven. Katrina is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).


Gayle Lewis

Sr. OD Specialist

Dr. Gayle Lewis joined OperationsInc in 2004 as an Sr. OD Specialist. Leveraging over 16 years of experience as a Psychologist, Dr. Lewis provides clients of OperationsInc with a wide range of Consultative Services, including Organizational Structure, Corporate Culture Analysis and Reinvention, and Exit Interview Execution and Analysis.

Dr. Lewis received her doctorate from St. John’s University and her undergrad from Emory University.


Kimberley Nash

HR Manager / OD Specialist

Kimberley Nash rejoined OperationsInc in May 2015 as an HR Generalist / OD Specialist, and in December 2015 was promoted to the role of HR Manager / OD Specialist. She brings over 7 years of experience to the team. Prior to rejoining OperationsInc, Kim managed the HR function in mid-sized companies in the startup, tech, and healthcare industries. Currently, Kim supports the OperationsInc internal HR function, as well as a variety of clients across several industries.

Kimberley earned a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a B.A. in Psychology from Quinnipiac University. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
