Human Resources Generalist Consultant
Position Title: HR Generalist Consultants
Location: Stamford, CT
We're OperationsInc, a Human Resources Outsourcing and Consulting firm based in Stamford, CT. Since early 2001 we've been supporting businesses by handling HR project work, as well as taking over the entire HR function on an outsourced basis. We have a base of over 600 clients and growing, supported by over 30 experienced HR professionals. Due to the anticipated acquisition of new clientele, we will need to add a HR Generalists to our team.
We are seeking HR Generalist Consultants to support clients. This position’s hours can range from 15-30 hours per week, depending on client needs.
The ideal candidate MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Generalist within a Human Resources department, with a current / recent proven track record in all the core functions of the department including a complete current grasp of compliance standards with federal and state employment law. The ability to operate effectively and efficiently on an independent level, filling in the gaps you locate along the way, is also essential. You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a strong business sense, and some prior experience operating in small to medium-sized business environments. A broad knowledge of the key components that makeup well communicated HR related documentation is a must as well. Solid PC skills, with a focus on MS Office and the Internet, as well as the ability to learn other software, are also required.
