The testing is the ideal complement to our Recruitment Management Services (RMS). It’s a simple, cost-effective method of identifying a candidate’s hidden strengths and weaknesses.

And since we offer the proven DISC Analysis as the main testing vehicle, bolstered by case study testing for more in-depth analysis of the candidate’s overall skill set, you can count on the results being accurate. The DISC analysis measures four key facets of a candidate’s behavior:

Dominance Response to challenges and problems.
Influence Influence over others.
Steadiness Response to the pace of the environment.

1. Takes the candidate only fifteen minutes to complete.
