OperationsInc uses DiSC Analysis, a simple, cost-effective method of identifying a candidate’s hidden strengths and weaknesses.

The DiSC analysis measures four key facets of a candidate’s behavior:

InfluenceInfluence over others
SteadinessResponse to the pace of the enviornment
ComplianceCompliance with rules and procedures

And since we offer the proven DiSC Analysis as the main testing vehicle, bolstered by case study testing for more in-depth analysis of the candidate’s overall skill set, you can count on the results being accurate. Using the DiSC analysis is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

  1. Takes the candidate only fifteen minutes to complete.
  2. May be taken at any time online (or hard copy) and submitted to us directly from the candidate.
  3. We prepare results of the test, including analysis.
