OperationsInc uses DISC Analysis, a simple, cost-effective method of identifying a candidate’s hidden strengths and weaknesses.

The DISC analysis measures four key facets of a candidate’s behavior:

Using the DISC analysis is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

  1. Takes the candidate only fifteen minutes to complete.
  2. May be taken at any time online (or hard copy) and submitted to us directly from the candidate.
  3. We prepare results of the test, including analysis.
