The DISC analysis measures four key facets of a candidate’s behavior:

Using the DISC analysis is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

  1. Takes the candidate only fifteen minutes to complete.
  2. May be taken at any time online (or hard copy) and submitted to us directly from the candidate.
