With OperationsInc’s Brainbench™ Testing Services you can expand your evaluation of various core skill sets for candidates and employees.  This tool offers various assessment products for both employment testing and pre-employment testing to help you predict potential employee success.

The Brainbench™ test catalog contains over 650 skills, ability, and personality assessments covering almost every job type, from IT and Finance to Healthcare and Call Centers.  Testing can cover such areas as:

  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities – help you evaluate how much training candidates will need to become productive
  • Personality – the pre-hire personality assessments are designed specifically for hiring. Past Work Behaviors – employment History Survey
  • Software Simulations – these tests actually have the candidate simulate using the software to accomplish tasks.
  • Speaking, Writing, Listening – speaking tests use voice recognition to evaluate how a candidate speaks English or Spanish over the telephone; Listening tests evaluate their ability to understand what they are hearing; writing tests use advanced technology to evaluate their writing, not just punctuation and grammar, but conciseness and quality

OperationsInc will work directly with you and candidates to administer these on-line assessment tests.  Results are available usually within 24 hours of the completion of the test.
