Is the candidate before you a doer? Are they an innovator? Are they a leader? Are they open to taking a chance and express ideas that are counter to the status quo? Do they blaze trails? Past behavior is one of the best predictors of future behavior. Probing them on the actions they personally took in their last or current role will help you determine how active or passive a candidate you are considering.
