Survey Says Employees Value Paid Time Off More Than a Higher Salary

A recent survey conducted by time-tracking software company TSheets found that 63 percent of survey respondents would decline a job offer that included no paid time off (PTO) – no matter what the salary. While Inc. reports that 70 percent of workers did not use all of their PTO last year, survey participants cited comfort in the fact that the PTO was available to them “just in case”.
