What is most important to you regarding job satisfaction?

This somewhat broad question forces the candidate to tip their hand a bit. Some candidates will talk about being happy, challenged, motivated and valued for they hear a question about the job and its contents. Some will talk about work/life balance, ease of commute, good pay, solid benefits and a nice place to work, for they have heard a question about their own personal needs.
