The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Task Force has released several new checklists related to workplace harassment. These documents include a risk factor chart, a checklist to assist employers in establishing “a culture of respect” as part of a “holistic harassment prevention program”, a list of items to be included in harassment reporting and investigations, and a checklist for compliance training. Employers should review and utilize these documents as part of a thorough harassment prevention policy.
