Organizationally speaking, you need to ask yourself how employees at all levels know the definition of the company’s vision and values. Many firms make the mistake of thinking that this information comes clearly through in the company’s actions, decisions, etc. It doesn’t.
You need to look for ways to spread the word, both directly and indirectly. Publishing specific statements via newsletters, company meetings, on- boarding orientations and even via posting your message in and around the office will get the word out.
