Michèle Wild

HR Specialist

Michele Wild currently serves as an HR Specialist, supporting both clients and OperationsInc’s internal HR function. Her areas of specialty include HR administration, new hire onboarding, payroll administration, reductions in force, and event production.

Michele originally joined the firm as an HR Intern, and has also served as an HR Coordinator. She supports clients in a wide variety of industries including construction, education, food and beverage, healthcare, and investment management. The diversity of her client base requires her to provide a wide range of support, which includes new hire onboarding, payroll administration, employee file and I-9 audits, termination process, and benefits administration.

Prior to her current role, Michele served as a Placement Coordinator at the AIFS Study Abroad organization, where she managed 78 host family accounts within various regions throughout the US, identifying and placing 25-35 Au Pairs with families each month.

Michèle earned a B.A. in International Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences and an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Sacred Heart University.
