Michelle Barwinski
HR Generalist
Michelle Barwinski is an HR Generalist at OperationInc, bringing more than 10 years of diverse human resources and payroll experience to the team. Her areas of subject matter expertise include employee relations, HR compliance, performance management, policy and handbook development, compensation planning, and benefits administration.
Michelle began her career as an HR/Recruitment Assistant at Masonicare where she supported the recruiting function for the health services group. She also coordinated new hire orientations, generated hiring and talent reports, and served as a recruitment center ambassador.
She then moved on to join Hilton Stamford Hotel & EMC as a Human Resources Coordinator, providing HR-related support that included investigations, compliance, employee training, open enrollment, HRIS, and community outreach campaigns. Michelle also spent time at Norwalk, CT-based LogicSource as an HR Manager, leading the group’s HR and Payroll function.
Michelle has held several roles within the OperationsInc consulting and internal HR teams since 2008, managing a diverse range of HR roles and responsibilities for a diverse client base.
Michelle earned a B.S. from Boston College. She resides in Stamford, CT with her husband and three daughters.
