Lauren Jette serves as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for OperationsInc, bringing 10 years of global recruiting, talent management, HR, and operations experience to the team.

Lauren began her career as a Human Resources Coordinator at the 250-employee hospitality group Hilton Hartford, where she managed payroll, employee relations, and new hire onboarding. She then moved to construction company Permasteelisa North America, where she supported the North American HR and Talent Acquisition functions of the firm as an Human Resources Generalist.

For several years following her time at Permasteelisa, Lauren worked as a Staffing Specialist for ESPN, where she managed the full lifecycle recruiting efforts for several client groups. She then joined OperationsInc as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where she supported clients of varying size and industry providing services including candidate sourcing, pre-interview screening, job posting management, pre-hire testing, and background check administration.

Lauren then joined Stamford, CT-based RGP, where she served as an Operations Coordinator for the business management consultancy before rejoining OperationsInc in 2018.

In Lauren’s current role, she serves as a Talent Acquisition partner for several key clients, managing both domestic and international recruiting efforts.

Lauren earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University, where she was a four-year member of the varsity women’s swim team.

She resides in Portland, ME, where she is an avid Pilates and spin class enthusiast.
