Kristina Moris joined OperationsInc in September of 2015 as a Sr. Trainer. Kristina provides confidential coaching to senior leaders to help them achieve their objectives, which might include enhancing performance, communication skills, job relationships, or simply becoming more aware of their impact on their stakeholders. She has conducted numerous seminars on a full range of leadership and management training topics, including harassment prevention and diversity training for a broad range of clients in the private and public sectors.
In addition, Kristina has conducted over 100 investigations into allegations of harassment and/or discrimination because of sex, race, religion, disability, national origin, sexual orientation, marital status, color, whistle-blowing and retaliation. She also serves as an expert witness in harassment and discrimination cases.
Prior to joining OperationsInc, Kristina has provided HR training services to a wide range of clients, including Amazon, Expedia, Perkins Coie, Preston Gates & Ellis, AT&T Wireless Services, Microsoft, Starbucks, and Alaska Airlines.
In addition to serving as a Sr. Consultant with OperationsInc, Kristina is the President of her own firm, The Washington Firm, Ltd. She earned her MBA in Human Resources from Cornell University, and earned a B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Washington.
