Case Study: Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
Our client, an industry leader in the retail arena with over 50 employees in the state of CT, had not provided the legally mandated training on sexual harassment prevention to its supervisors. Further, given the rapid rise in claims of this nature, education on this highly volatile issue was also, in the judgment of the client, to be provided to non-managerial personnel.
OperationsInc provided this timely training for each group, with one class on-site and with another class at our facility. An interactive session was conducted, initially covering the federal and state statutes, thereafter highlighting by example the subjective nature of such claims, as well as an emphasis on the value of perception versus fact.
All management and staff received a valuable and legally mandated training session that educated all in a comprehensive manner.
