OperationsInc Announces Promotions Within Payroll Team

Norwalk, CT. [May 10, 2017] Human resources outsourcing and consulting firm OperationsInc (www.OperationsInc.com) has announced the promotion of two employees within the group’s Payroll Team. In addition to providing payroll-related support to businesses of all sizes, the Norwalk-based consultancy offers HR, Training & Development, and Talent Acquisition services to over 1,300 clients throughout the U.S. and abroad.

Joan Polayes has been promoted to the role of Director, Payroll Services, and Rose Kitzmiller has been promoted to the role of Account Manager, Payroll Services.

Payroll Team Promotions:

Joan Polayes – Director, Payroll Services
Joan Polayes joined OperationsInc in September 2012, and was promoted to the role of Director, Payroll Services in March 2017. She brings over 17 years of multi-state payroll knowledge to the team. Currently, Joan supports clients in a variety of industries, as well as serves as a leader of the OperationsInc Payroll Team.

Polayes holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.

Rose Kitzmiller – Account Manager, Payroll Services
Rose Kitzmiller joined OperationsInc in November 2015, and in March 2017 was promoted to the role of Account Manager, Payroll Services. She brings over 21 years of Payroll and HR experience to the team. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Rose managed Payroll and HR for large organizations across various industries, ranging in size from 15 to 3,000 employees.

Kitzmiller earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Finance from Siena College.
