Tamara Aristilde – HR Generalist
Tamara Aristilde joined OperationsInc in November 2014 as an HR Generalist. Tammy brings over 5 years of experience to the OperationsInc team, with a focus on Recruitment, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Investigations, Terminations, and General HR Administration. Prior to joining OperationsInc, she worked in the non-profit sector.
Tamara earned a B.S. in Sociology from State University of New York, College at Buffalo and an MBA from University of Phoenix.
Dora Eang – HR Generalist
Dora Eang joined OperationsInc in November 2014 as an HR Generalist. Dora brings over 3 years of Human Resources experience to the OperationsInc team, with a focus on Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Onboarding, and general HR Administration. Her prior roles have included working within the advertising and marketing industries.
Dora earned a B.S. in Business Marketing from Central Connecticut State University.
Lauren Jette – Jr. Recruiter
Lauren Jette joined OperationsInc in November 2014 as a Jr. Recruiter, bringing 3 years of recruiting experience to the OI Team. Before joining OperationsInc, Lauren worked in the non-profit, sports broadcasting, and hospitality industries. Currently, Lauren supports the internal recruiting team as well as supports a range of clients.
Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Amanda Kaletsky – Marketing Communications Specialist
Amanda Kaletsky joined OperationsInc in November 2014 as a Marketing Communications Specialist, bringing 8 years of marketing experience to the OI team. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Amanda worked in the non-profit industry. Currently, Amanda supports the firm’s overall marketing function.
Amanda earned her B.A. in Music Management from the University of Delaware and her MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Quinnipiac University.
Paula White – Sr. Payroll Specialist
Paula White joined OperationsInc in November 2014 as a Sr. Payroll Specialist, bringing 16 years of Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compliance and General Human Resources Management experience to the team. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Paula managed the Payroll and Human Resources functions in various sized companies in a wide range of industries, including financial services, legal, entertainment, and theatrical stage production. She has experience with numerous Payroll, Timekeeping and HRIS modules and applications, including ADP, Paychex, PeopleSoft, Ceridian and Kronos.
Paula has designed Payroll policy, managed audits, rolled out Employee Self-Serve automated platforms, and has led multiple system conversions, implementations and upgrades of Payroll/HRIS systems.
