Compensation Specialist Jacquelyn Bayne Joins OperationsInc Team

Jacquelyn Bayne – Sr. Compensation Specialist

Jacquelyn Bayne joined OperationsInc in Fall 2014 as a Sr. Compensation Specialist. With over 10 years of diverse experience, Jacquelyn’s main focus has been in Broad-based Compensation, providing support and guidance on Compensation Administration and Data Solutions, Broad-based Pay Analysis, Salary Structure Development, Incentive Plan Design, Compensation Surveys, Market Pricing, Job Evaluation, Total Reward Statement Development, Executive Compensation Proxy Analysis, and Stock Plan Administration. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Jacquelyn worked within the investment banking and manufacturing industries. Currently, she supports clients in the manufacturing, hospitality, and global online employment industries.

Jacquelyn earned a B.S. in Economics from Hollins University.
