Shel Grossman, Senior HR Generalist
Shel Grossman joined OperationsInc in April 2014 as a Sr. HR Generalist. With over 20 years of experience, Shel’s primary focus has been in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Policy and Procedure Development, Coaching, and Benefit Administration. Prior to joining the OperationsInc team, Shel’s prior roles have been within the publishing, financial services, and non-profit industries. Currently, she supports clients in the manufacturing and hospitality industries. Shel earned a BA in Psychology from Queens College, and an MSILR in Human Resources Management from the Baruch College / Cornell University ILR program. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Karen Gray, HR Generalist
Karen Gray joined OperationsInc in June 2014 as an HR Generalist. Prior to joining the OperationsInc team, she worked within the publishing and specialty pharmaceutical industries. Karen has over 8 years of diverse HR experience, with a focus on Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruiting, Policies and Procedures development, Salary Benchmarking and Coaching. Currently, Karen supports clients in the manufacturing industry. Karen earned a B.A. from St. Lawrence University.
