OperationsInc Announces Several New Additions to Their Rapidly Growing HR Consulting Team

New Hires:

Rita Lutterodt, HR Generalist Consultant

Rita Lutterodt joined OperationsInc in May of 2013. She has over 10 years of comprehensive Human Resources and Organizational Development experience, specializing in Policy design, Talent management, HR Due Diligence, Benefits Administration and Change Management. Rita’s previous positions were within the United States Army, Air Force, NYC agencies, Human Capital Management Firm, and a Global Telecommunication company. Currently, Rita supports clients in the commodities trading industry. Rita earned a BA in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources Development from Brooklyn College.

Charles Schulz, Director of Accounting and Finance

Charlie Schulz joined the OperationsInc team in 2013 and was recently named Director of Accounting and Finance. Charlie brings over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services and Redistribution industries. In addition to General Ledger experience, he has also managed Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Budgeting functions. Charlie has implemented ERP systems and billing solutions as well as Sarbanes-Oxley controls. Charlie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University.
