New Hires:

Lindsay Buonomano, HR Generalist Consultant

Lindsay Buonomano joined the OperationsInc team in January of 2013 as a Human Resources Generalist Consultant. Lindsay brings 9 years of Human Resources experience with a focus in Performance Management, Employee Learning & Development, Benefits, Payroll Processing and HR Administration. Her prior HR roles have been within the Manufacturing, Healthcare Services, and Telecommunications industries. Currently, Lindsay supports clients in the Software industry. Lindsay attended the University of Connecticut with a major in Communication Sciences, and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.

Walter Donne, Human Resources Generalist / Payroll Specialist

Walter J. Donne joined OperationsInc in December of 2012 as a Human Resources Generalist / Payroll Specialist. Walter brings 15+ years of Human Resources experience in the areas of Recruiting, Employee Relations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Benefit Administration, Compliance, and On-Boarding. He also has over five years of experience with ADP payroll including Pay Expert, Workforce Now, Report Smith and Kronos time keeping. His payroll experience also includes international reporting and analysis. Walter’s previous roles include work in Retail, Construction and Manufacturing. Currently, Walter supports clients in the Legal industry. Walter has a B.A. in Labor Studies/Accounting from Capital University in Columbus Ohio, and an MBA from Fairfield University with a concentration in Finance.

Carolyn Finn, Senior HR Generalist

Carolyn joined OperationsInc in December of 2012. As a Senior HR Generalist Consultant, she brings over 19 years of experience to our team, with a focus in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Change Management, and Workplace Effectiveness. Prior to consulting, Carolyn spent nearly 15 years in roles of increasing responsibility with The Nielsen Company and MasterCard International, where she provided strategic and tactical HR support in both corporate and operating roles. Currently, Carolyn provides HR support to clients within the Veterinary and Pharmaceutical industries. Carolyn graduated cum laude from Wellesley College.

Niki Romagnano, Human Resources / Recruiting Coordinator

Niki Romagnano joined OperationsInc in December 2012 as an HR / Recruiting Coordinator. Niki brings over 2 years of Human Resources experience, with a focus on recruiting, benefits administration, on-boarding, HRIS and employee relations. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Niki worked for various sized companies in the financial services and broadcasting industries. Niki earned her B.A. in Psychology from Iona College and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Maryana Sirota, HR / Recruiting Coordinator

Maryana Sirota joined OperationsInc in February 2013 as an HR / Recruiting Coordinator. Maryana brings over 3 years of Human Resources experience, with a focus on recruiting, compliance, benefits administration, on-boarding, training and development, and employee relations. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Maryana worked for various sized companies in the financial services, non-for-profit and broadcasting industries. Maryana earned her B.A. in Business Management and her Master of Public Administration in Government Relations from Pace University.
