OperationsInc Announces the Hiring of Heather Trotta to Newly Developed Post – Director of Training and Development Services

Stamford, CT. [November 17, 2010] It is with great pleasure that OperationsInc (www.OperationsInc.com) announces the newest member of their growing team of professionals — Heather Trotta. Working as the Director of Training and Development Services, Heather will help implement a Training Program including planning, design and delivery of this curriculum to businesses in need of these critical services.

Heather possesses 13+ years of experience in HR Learning & Development, focusing on managing a diverse HR training curriculum. Heather’s most recent work history was at MasterCard Worldwide as a Leader of Global Sales Training & Development, where she supported a global sales force of 700+. Other prior roles were in the industries of wireless communications (Sprint Nextel Corp.) and corporate relocation (Cendant Mobility). In her professional training career she has developed and facilitated training using multiple virutal and face to face delivery methods, including e-learning, classroom based workshops, simulations, interactive webinars and blended learning. Heather possesses a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and Certification in Elementary Education (K-6) from Eastern Connecticut State University.
